This sketch is the thirty-second in a 365-day challenge to draw a picture a day, every day, for a year…
Day thirty-two: This sketch was inspired by the rocky Pacific coast of the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica between the point south of Serena and the Madrigal River (south too of the shipwreck). A fun place to explore tide pools. I enjoyed figuring out how to paint the rising mist made by the relentless ocean sun on the water and the rain forest.
