Day One: got Corel Painter 11; desperately need digital drawing pad (wacom). If James McNeill Whistler had to learn Corel in 30 minutes (and paint with a mouse), I’m sure he’d have done better. (Do note the Whistler-like plate tone, however. Thank you, Corel!) Side note: I may start referring to myself in the third person, like Whistler did in Venice. Or maybe “Jimmy” as Whistler’s friend Otto Bacher called him.
