Day thirty-five: My schedule today was jammed and I ended up at work with some long periods when I couldn’t leave, but had almost nothing to do. So I decided to get my sketch done, but I had to use my iPhone. Back to finger painting with Doodle Buddy. This was a super quick sketch of my green cheeked conure, Caprica, drawn from memory (I forgot his head is charcoal!). The red whistle is his favorite toy (enemy?) and he loves to wrestle with it and throw it over the edge of the couch. As if that wasn’t enough of a beating he climbs down after it and takes it to task on the floor. I found this video clip from a couple years ago:
